Dry white wine produced from Chardonnay[1] variety. It is characterised by a golden yellow colour. On the nose it shows in abundance aromas of ripe quince, red apple and pineapple that develop into floral hawthorn bouquet and vanilla hints. The taste is full and finishes with prolonged sweet aftertaste. To be paired with white meat specialties, grilled seafood, pasta with white creamy-like sauces and selection of yellow cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: 8-12 °С.

Chardonnay (UK: /ˈʃɑːrdəneɪ/, US: /ˌʃɑːrdənˈeɪ/, French: [ʃaʁdɔnɛ] (listen)) is a green-skinned grape variety used in the production of white wine. The variety originated in the Burgundy wine region of eastern France, but is now grown wherever wine is produced, from England to New Zealand. For new and developing wine regions, growing Chardonnay is seen as a 'rite of passage' and an easy entry into the international wine market.
