MAJESTIC CHARDONNAY | IMAKO VINO

Merlot of a mystical dark ruby color and high glycerol density. Luxurious, sumptuous bouquè of aromas of crushed sour cherries and blueberries and cranberry compote with a discreet scent of roasted chestnuts. Full, developed body with rounded soft tannins and a pronounced freshness followed by a strong fruity – spicy flavor that lasts long and inspires.

Dry red wine made 100% from the variety Cabernet Franc, by classic fermentation, aged for 3 years of which 20 months in new barriques and one year in a bottle. The grapes are cultivated on 500 m a.s.l. It contains 14% alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives. In the fermentation process we only use selected yeast and minimal capacity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

Dry red wine made from the varieties Pinot Noir 93% and Tempranillo 7% by classic fermentation. It is aged for 3 years of which 24 months in new barriques and one year in a bottle. The grape is cultivated on 500 m a.s.l.. It contains 15% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

Open ruby nuance and strong aroma with recognizable wild strawberry, cherry and blue plum. Light red, but well structured with soft and pleasant tannins which provide its fullness, softness and complexity.
