The BOVIN Pinot Noir is fascinating dry red wine with a tantalizing aroma and an intense red color. The nose is reminiscent of red berries, strawberry, violets and a touch of earth. The taste is dry, soft and fruity, rich with soft tannins. Served at room temperature with lamb, veal, game and grilled meat this wine comes to life. BOVIN Pinot Noir goes beautifully with lighter cheeses 15-17°C.

Dry red wine made from the varieties Merlot 50% and Cabernet Franc 50% by classic fermentation. It is aged for 3 years of which 20 months in new barriques and one year in a bottle. The grape is cultivated od 550 m a.s.l.. It contains 14% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

Merlot of a mystical dark ruby color and high glycerol density. Luxurious, sumptuous bouquè of aromas of crushed sour cherries and blueberries and cranberry compote with a discreet scent of roasted chestnuts. Full, developed body with rounded soft tannins and a pronounced freshness followed by a strong fruity – spicy flavor that lasts long and inspires.
