Dry red wine made from the varieties Vranec 91%, Pinot Noir 3%, Syrah 3% and Merlot 3% by classic fermentation. It is aged for 8 years of which 40 months in new barriques and one year in a bottle. The grape is cultivated on 550 m a.s.l.. It contains 16% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

The Cabernet Sauvignon Barrique from BOVIN is a quality dry red wine made from selected grapes from south-west part of locality Lepovo Hill, aged in Macedonian oak barrels for 12 months. Wine with a purple-red color typical for the Cabernet from carbonated soil, fruity aroma of ripe black currant and plum. It is rich with soft tannins, full and long-lasting flavor of ripe fruit and aftertaste of vanilla and coffee. Given proper cellaring, this wine can be enjoyed after 10-15 years.

This wine has ruby red color which is typical for Cabernet Sauvignon variety. Plenty offruit as blackplum, blueberry, black berry, spicy aromas as cinnamon, cloves and pleasant herbal notes. Rich and full flavor taste with developed djammy notes. The 24-month ageing in barrique, wine gained softness, balance and a pleasant aftertaste.

Expressive nose of red berry fruits and fleshy red peppers with spicy dark pepper notes. The palate reveals abundance of red fruits and more roasted red peppers accompanied by spicy undertones of liquorice grounds giving it additional complexity.
