The grape is cultivated on 550 m a.s.l.. It contains 16% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

This rarely used ageing method, 200% barrique, results in an intensive, ripe and complex aroma of black fruits purée, discreet vanilla with mint and clove hints. The taste is rich, full-bodied, harmonious, with an excellent balance, soft tannins, and with a long fruity-and-chocolate aftertaste. A careful cellaring of several years in bottle under appropriate conditions will ensure the development of its further complexity.

Acquired from an unirrigated and ecologically farmed hillside vineyard, the grapes for Premier are carefully picked very late in the harvest. The extremely low yields (2,400 kg per ha) and high ripeness of the fruit (28% sugar) give this exclusive wine abundant alcohol and dry extract. € 0,00Produced from Sangiovese grapes of its own vineyards, Bovin Sangiovese is an elegant wine with distinctive ruby red color with high reflection. The nose is fresh and fruity with dominating notes of pomegranate, wild strawberry and cherry, and a hint of herbal thyme spice. The palate starts fresh with high natural acidity typical for the grape type, but towards the middle there are richer sweeter flavors giving a fleshier feel. The wine should be served at 15-17°C.
