TEMJANIKA 2020 | CHATEAU KAMNIK
A premium aromatic white wine made 100% from Temjanika grapes. The wine is marked with a brilliant and tender haylike yellow color. The charm of this wine is revealed through its elegant and sensual aroma, typical for the variety. The fruit aromas of peach and tropical fruits prevail and are complemented with spicy undertones of white flowers and elder. The taste is medium-bodied, with a nice, harmonious freshness and with a long fruity and spicy aftertaste.
TEMJANIKA LATE HARVEST 2018 | CHATEAU KAMNIK
This aromatic wine is produced from 90% Temjanika selected late-harvested berries and 10% Chardonnay grapes. The uniqueness of this wine comes from 12 months of extended contact on fine lees i.e. “Sur lie” method from which we get the structure and the body of the wines. The aroma is remarkable, with a sweet intensity and notes of peach and dry apricot, complemented with discreet floral hints. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with delicately balanced acidity and sweetness.

Produced from Tempranillo grapes of its own vineyards, the wine Tempranillo from Bovin is ruby red in color with slight purple tones. The nose is fruity with notes of ripe blackberries, black plum and cherry. Herbal forest leaf characters complement the mix of fruits. There are layers of fruit on the palate at first lots of sweet black fruits are in evidence then fresher red take over all giving complexity.

TEN BARRELS CABERNET SAUVIGNON Reserva 2016 – This premium red wine, produced from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, is defined by a deep ruby red color with dark red hues. A genuine reserva wine with a recognizable, ripe and abundant nose with a fruity and spicy character. This wine unveils dark berries combined with liquorice, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and mint, complemented with vanilla and spice tones. The complexity of this wine is a result of the 23-month ageing process in new French and American oak barrels. The taste is full-bodied, harmonious, with a solid structure, impressive and soft tannins and with a long and pleasant aftertaste which marks this wine with a particular charm and with a several year bottle ageing capacity.
TEN BARRELS SYRAH 2018 | CHATEAU KAMNIK
This estate bottled Syrah wine is marked with a touch of excellence resulting from the double crop reduction, which leads to a partial dehydration of the grapes on the vines, but also from the presence of 8% of Vranec grapes. These steps enable obtaining a phеnologically ripe wine with an intense ruby red color, high extract and high ageing capacity. The bouquet is abundant in aromas of blackberry, black currant and java plum. The complexity of this wine comes from the 20-month ageing in new American and French oak barrels that enable obtaining discreet spicy tones, complemented with aromas of mocha coffee, vanilla and liqorice and dark chocolate. The taste is elegant and full-bodied, with excellent structure, soft velvety tannins and nicely integrated oak aromas with a long aftertaste.
THE ORANGE 2019 | CHATEAU KAMNIK
A white wine with a tender amber-like orange color, made 100% from selected Gewuztraminer grapes from the Kamnik vinery own vineyards. The nose is complex and rich, defined by notes of wild rose and dried apricot, complemented with hints of honey and tropical fruits. The curiosity about this wine is the ancient production method with a spontaneous fermentation, 6-months of maceration of the grape skins and 7-months of ageing in oak barrels. The wine offers a full-bodied and harmonious taste, with soft tannins and with a long aftertaste which enables the several year bottle ageing capacity of the wine. This powerful wine can be served as an aperitif, combined with a selection of cheeses or with spicy Moroccan or Asian dishes.
TRAMINEC (TRAMINER) 2019 | BOVIN
A wine with appealing color of yellow-greenish nuance. It has intoxicating fruity-flower scent of the most beautiful roses. Very consistent wine with long-lasting fruit savor of exotic fruit, apple, peach and honey. Traminec is quality dry white wine with yellow-greenish color. It is characterized with complex scent which represents a bouquet of fruity aromas of pears, peach and herbal notes. Best when served at the temperature between 8 – 12°C, as an aperitif, with white meat dishes and fish, as well as with desserts.

VENUS 2018 | BOVIN
Venus from BOVIN is a blend of Vranec and Merlot. Its color is intense red. The excellent nose is rich with tones of red fruit and berries. The wonderful aroma and very balanced, long lasting taste, which is subtle, round, full and fresh. All of these make Venus the perfect accompaniment to roasted pork, veal cutlet, and spicy cheeses. The wine should be served at 15-17°C.
VERDOT 2015 | STOBI WINERY
A rare example of pure Petit Verdo wine matured in oak barrels of the highest quality. It is characterized by intense red-violet color and is spiced with herbal tones, the taste of juicy ripe cherries and chocolate. Veritas is premium wine obtained from the local cultivar Vranec. It is produced with reduced yield of the vines. The removal of entire clusters leads to a significant concentration of the taste of the grapes which remains for harvest.
