The unmistakable fruity aroma of BOVIN Rhein Riesling is typical of the variety and has a distinctive green edge. The wine’s excellent nose, which is fresh and fruity, mixed with the scent of flowers goes beautifully with the subtle acids in the finish. The taste is fresh with peach and apricot tones. Best served chilled at 8-10°C with light meats and seafood.

Wonderful rose color gained from the variety Syrah. Strong, emphasized fruity aroma of berries, especially raspberry. The taste is full, soft, sophisticated with strong complexity. Appetizing wine, served with mature cheese, prosciutto, fish, as well as grilled meat.
This wine is made of 100% Pinot Gris variery. Long contact with skins was done for greater extraction of desired aromatic compounds as wild strawberries, peach and salmon color.
This dry rosé wine is created by blending several grape varieties, 46% Sangiovese, 20% Montepulciano, 19% Arinarnoa and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, through application of the so-called “saignée” method. This method enables a few hours of a direct contact of the grape juice with the grape skin, resulting in an outstanding bright rose color of the wine. The nose is remarkable, with aromas of forest berries, raspberry and strawberry. The taste is medium-bodied, fruity and harmonious, with a long aftertaste.
Produced from Sangiovese grapes of its own vineyards, Bovin Sangiovese is an elegant wine with distinctive ruby red color with high reflection. The nose is fresh and fruity with dominating notes of pomegranate, wild strawberry and cherry, and a hint of herbal thyme spice. The palate starts fresh with high natural acidity typical for the grape type, but towards the middle there are richer sweeter flavors giving a fleshier feel. It is best when served at 8 – 10⁰C with tomato-based food, pizza, lasagna, parmesan and mozzarella cheese, pasta, or chicken.
