This wine is produced 100% from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. The uniqueness of this wine comes from the 6 months of ageing in new French oak barrels with distinctive minerality, as well as from the application of the “sur lie” method, resulting in a complex bouquet. It is characterized by peel-yellow color and crystal clearness. The nose is splendid and elegant, revealing vegetal aromas complemented with tones of tropical fruits. The taste is full-bodied, varietal, with a typical freshness and with a long and harmonious aftertaste.

Golden Temjanika is a premium semi-dry white wine made from selected Temjanika grapes. Golden Temjanika, except with its ultramodern, tenderly glittering appearance, is characterized with complex fruity aromas of dry apricots and orange peel, complemented with discreet spicy undertones. The taste is full-bodied, well balanced, with a harmonious freshness, and with a fruity and spicy aftertaste. The gold flakes in this wine are edible and safe for consumption and gastronomic use; they do not affect the taste and the nose of the wine. This wine is produced 100% from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety. Its complexity comes from the 30-month ageing in new French and American oak barrels under strictly controlled temperature and humidity conditions in our cellar. It is defined by a deep ruby red color with dark purple hues. By nose it reveals intense, complex smell of a dark berries purée, complemented with discrete tones of vanilla, licorice and spicy notes. The taste is rich, full bodied, with soft tannin structure and harmonic acids, long-lasting fruity-chocolate aftertaste.
