Produced from Tempranillo grapes of its own vineyards, the wine Tempranillo from Bovin[1] is ruby red in color with slight purple tones. The nose is fruity with notes of ripe blackberries, black plum and cherry. Herbal forest leaf characters complement the mix of fruits. There are layers of fruit on the palate at first lots of sweet black fruits are in evidence then fresher red take over all giving complexity. It is best when served at 15 – 17⁰C with fat white cheese, seafood, moussaka, deer, veal, beef steak, or grilled meat.
