Red wine with intensive red color. Characteristic, complex nose and taste of forest fruits from which, blueberries, blackcurrant and black cherries domination, backed by exotic herbal spiciness. Petit Verdot Is best served at 12-14⁰C. Wine with such a richness is suitable with wide pallet of food like sea fruits, and medium spicy meat.

Wines made from the red Vranec^[2] grape are the most popular indigenous wines of Macedonia. The Vranec^[2] from BOVIN is a dry with deep red color. Red fruit and berries dominate the intense nose. Subtle, round and full, this wine is balanced with a firm structure and the typical variatial jam like flavors.

Dry red wine made from the variety Syrah, by classic fermentation. It is aged for 3 years of which 21 months in new barriques and six motnhs in a bottle. The grape is cultivated on 700 m a.s.l.. It contains 15% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

Кleopatra is the first wine of this region obtained from the Cabernet Franc grape variety from Bovin^[1] own vineyards. Characterized by a ruby red color with a smell of pomegranates, cranberries and other red fruits rich in vitamin C. It has well balanced taste and smell.
