SAUVIGNON BLANC 2019 | BOVIN

The Aura of ancient Persia, from where the grape variety Syrah originates from, is revived in this wine. Oriental, spiced with the scent of a rose, forest fruit and tender vanilla. Its deep ruby color, elegance, full and creamy taste with noble tannins, remain floating in your memories long after you taste the first sip.

Dark red ruby color with elegant aroma of raspberry, blackberry, red currant. Dense, concentrated, harmonious, soft wine with a long finish.

Dry red wine made from the varieties Pinot Noir 93% and Tempranillo 7% by classic fermentation. It is aged for 3 years of which 24 months in new barriques and one year in a bottle. The grape is cultivated on 500 m a.s.l.. It contains 15% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

Cuvèe from Vranec^[2], Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with intense dark ruby color. The strong rustic Vranec^[2] is elegantly tamed with the soft Merlot, complemented by the delicate Cabernet Sauvignon. Soft and concentrated, reinforced with herbal notes.
