PINOT NOIR 2019 | SKOVIN

Кleopatra is the first wine of this region obtained from the Cabernet Franc grape variety from Bovin^[1] own vineyards. Characterized by a ruby red color with a smell of pomegranates, cranberries and other red fruits rich in vitamin C. It has well balanced taste and smell.

Quality, dry, red wine with geographical indication. It features with a dark ruby, red colour. The smell reminds of ripe cherry and forest fruit, with vanilla notes which are leaving an extra taste of fullness and warmth. Rich in alcohol and recognizable by the long aftertaste. Oak^[3] aged for 12 motnhs.

Purple-red color, typical for Cabernet from carbon-rich soil. Selected vintage of half-dried wine grapes from the southwestern slopes of Lepovo Brdo. Full of flavor, succulent, with a scent of honey, berries and elegant spicy tones. The flavor is soft, rounded, balanced and long-lasting. The richness in polyphenols, especially soft tannins, allows longer storing at cellar temperature.
