NATURAL YELLOW GRAPE BRANDY | BOVIN

Chardonnay^[1] with light yellow color and nuances of straw. Attractive aromas of apricot jam and pureed banana discreetly followed by notes of vanilla and the smell of white flowers meadow.

Traminec is quality dry white wine with yellow-greenish color. It is characterized with complex scent which represents a bouquet of fruity aromas of pears, peach and herbal notes. Best when served at the temperature between 8 – 12°C, as an aperitif, with white meat dishes and fish, as well as with desserts.

Dry white wine made from the variety Riesling by fermentation of 4 months and kept on lees for 6 mothns. The grape is cultivated on 250 m a.s.l.. It contains 14% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite.
