Its shiny and intense ruby hue, penetrating tones of pepper and aromas of red fruit, with the smell of oak, awaken the senses with their concentration, softness and heat, which is associated with the river Vardar from which it has received its name.

Red wine with intensive red color. Characteristic, complex nose and taste of forest fruits from which, blueberries, blackcurrant and black cherries domination, backed by exotic herbal spiciness. Petit Verdot Is best served at 12-14⁰C. Wine with such a richness is suitable with wide pallet of food like sea fruits, and medium spicy meat.

The Cabernet Sauvignon Barrique^[2] from BOVIN is a quality dry red wine made from selected grapes from south-west part of locality Lepovo Hill, aged in Macedonian oak barrels for 12 months. Wine with a purple-red color typical for the Cabernet from carbonated soil, fruity aroma of ripe black currant and plum. It is rich with soft tannins, full and long-lasting flavor of ripe fruit and aftertaste of vanilla and coffee. Given proper cellaring, this wine can be enjoyed after 10-15 years.
