Sweet (fortified) wine blend from the international and domestic grape varieties Riesling, Chardonnay[1], Zupljanka and Zilavka. It is characterised by amber colour and aromas of honey, caramel, quince and vanilla hints. Full-bodied wine with flavours of dried apricots, candied orange peel backboned by good acidity and prolonged caramel aftertaste. To be paired with tufahija (baked apple with walnut & cream), rice pudding with cinnamon, crème brulee and caramel and coffee based desserts. Recommended serving temperature: 8-12 °С.
