This blend of Chardonnay[1], Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer has greenish yellow color. The complexed aromas of fruits and citrus fuits are complemented by floral nuances. The palate feels warm mineral structure complemented by citrus notes. It is wine with lovely structure and pleasant and long aftertaste, aged with less than two months on sur lie method. Serving Suggestions: At 10-12°C with grilled fish, chicken, pork or pasta in a creamy sauce, Caesar or chicken salad. Alcohol: 14,3 %

The variety originated in the Burgundy wine region of eastern France, but is now grown wherever wine is produced, from England to New Zealand. For new and developing wine regions, growing Chardonnay is seen as a 'rite of passage' and an easy entry into the international wine market.
