DISSAN WHITE 2018 | BOVIN

Semi-dry red wine made from recommended varieties for the Tikvesh vineyards, Vranec^[2], Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon. Recognizable and attractive ruby color. Fruity and spicy aromas prevail, and fill the soft, but long taste.

Dry red wine made from the varieties Vranec^[2] 91%, Pinot  Noir 3%, Syrah 3% and Merlot 3% by classic fermentation. It is aged for 8 years of which 40 months in new barriques and one year in a bottle. The grape is cultivated on 550 m a.s.l.. It contains 16% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

Mixture of selected grapes from the wine sorts Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Vranec^[2] from the sunny slopes of Lepovo Brdo. Intensive red color that reaches purple with age. The scent reminds of dark and red barriers and spice. The flavor is elegant, full, rounded, soft, and long-lasting thanks to the great content of manoproteins and soft, noble tannins.
