CONSTELLATION CABERNET SAUVIGNON | IMAKO VINO

Dry red wine produced from Vranec^[2] variety. It is characterised by a vibrant deep ruby red colour with violet hues. The nose reveals aromas of blackberry fruits such as bramble, damson and tobacco hints. The palate showcases richly extracted rounds of black forest fruit and cocoa, with a prolonged aftertaste of dark chocolate and clove. Elegant, full-bodied extractive wine with smooth and velvety tannins.

The Cabernet Sauvignon Barrique^[3] from BOVIN is a quality dry red wine made from selected grapes from south-west part of locality Lepovo Hill, aged in Macedonian oak barrels for 12 months. Wine with a purple-red color typical for the Cabernet from carbonated soil, fruity aroma of ripe black currant and plum. It is rich with soft tannins, full and long-lasting flavor of ripe fruit and aftertaste of vanilla and coffee. Given proper cellaring, this wine can be enjoyed after 10-15 years.
