The wine is produced 100% from the Chardonnay[1] variety grown in the vineyards surrounding the Kamnik winery. It is defined by crystal clearness and a remarkable yellow-green color. The discreet aromas of pineapple and citrus fruits, complemented with mineral undertones, make this wine especially attractive and modern. The taste is full-bodied, sophisticated and complex; the citrus freshness provides the long and enjoyable aftertaste. Recommended serving temperature: 8-12°С. This wine is perfectly combined with pumpkin ravioli, pasta, white meat specialties and assorted cheese. Alcohol: 13% by Vol Bottled: March 2021

Chardonnay (UK: /ˈʃɑːrdəneɪ/, US: /ˌʃɑːrdənˈeɪ/, French: [ʃaʁdɔnɛ] (listen)) is a green-skinned grape variety used in the production of white wine. The variety originated in the Burgundy wine region of eastern France, but is now grown wherever wine is produced, from England to New Zealand. For new and developing wine regions, growing Chardonnay is seen as a 'rite of passage' and an easy entry into the international wine market.
