Medium body with good structure and intense characteristic flavor that is faithful to the smell with a well-integrated and pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste. A perfect partner for roast beef, duck in sweet and sour sauce or cheesecake with mango. Best served at temperatures from 10 to 12 C. Alcohol: 13%

The Bovin[4] Merlot Barrique[3] is quality dry red wine made from selected vines of the southwestern slopes of the hill ‘Lepovo Brdo’, and then aged in Macedonian oak barrels for 12 months. It displays a purple-red color, clear with an excellent reflection and a complex fruity and spicy nose of black cherry jam, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and a scent of pepper. The taste is rich, full and long-lasting with flavor of cherries covered in dark chocolate and strongly emphasized soft tannins. Given proper cellaring, this Merlot will continue to give drinking pleasure until 2019.
