Chardonnay[1] with light yellow color and nuances of straw. Attractive aromas of apricot jam and pureed banana discreetly followed by notes of vanilla and the smell of white flowers meadow. Medium body with good structure and intense characteristic flavor that is faithful to the smell with a well-integrated and pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste. A perfect partner for roast beef, duck in sweet and sour sauce or cheesecake with mango. Best served at temperatures from 10 to 12 C. Alcohol: 13%

Chardonnay (UK: /ˈʃɑːrdəneɪ/, US: /ˌʃɑːrdənˈeɪ/, French: [ʃaʁdɔnɛ] (listen)) is a green-skinned grape variety used in the production of white wine. The variety originated in the Burgundy wine region of eastern France, but is now grown wherever wine is produced, from England to New Zealand. For new and developing wine regions, growing Chardonnay is seen as a 'rite of passage' and an easy entry into the international wine market.
