CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2019 | BOVIN

A rare example of pure Petit Verdo wine matured in oak barrels of the highest quality. It is characterized by intense red-violet color and is spiced with herbal tones, the taste of juicy ripe cherries and chocolate. This wine with a complex structure and elegant silky tannins possess exciting, unusual character.

The Aura of ancient Persia, from where the grape variety Syrah originates from, is revived in this wine. Oriental, spiced with the scent of a rose, forest fruit and tender vanilla. Its deep ruby color, elegance, full and creamy taste with noble tannins, remain floating in your memories long after you taste the first sip.

Quality sweet red wine made from Vranec^[2] grape variety from selected grapes of late harvest. The taste is full and strong flavor, with scent of cherry. The wine should be served at 8-10ºC.

The Bovin^[3] Merlot Barrique^[4] is quality dry red wine made from selected vines of the southwestern slopes of the hill ‘Lepovo Brdo’, and then aged in Macedonian oak barrels for 12 months. It displays a purple-red color, clear with an excellent reflection and a complex fruity and spicy nose of black cherry jam, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and a scent of pepper. The taste is rich, full and long-lasting with flavor of cherries covered in dark chocolate and strongly emphasized soft tannins. Given proper cellaring, this Merlot will continue to give drinking pleasure until 2019.
