CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2017 | KARTAL WINERY

Dry white wine made 100% from the variety Chardonnay^[1], by 7 month fermentation and kept on lees for 10 months. The grape is cultivated on 750 m a.s.l.. It contains 13.5% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

The Sauvignon from BOVIN is a wonderful dry white wine with strong fruity and herbal aromas. Pale yellow with hints of green, the wine has an excellent nose with tones of green apple, fruit, and grass. The fresh taste of BOVIN Sauvignon is reminiscent of apples. This excellent wine is best served chilled at 8-10°C with chicken, fish, shellfish, and especially with cheese.

Medium-dry aromatic white wine produced from Temjanika (Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains) variety.  It is characterised by crystal haylike yellow colour. The nose exudes copious aromas of elderflower, honeycomb, white peach and enchanting white flowers of which lilies are dominating. The taste is rich with abundance of stone fruit and honey, lovely prolonged zesty candied lemon peel aftertaste and a spicy white pepper finish. Full bodied fresh wine with a crispy acidity.
