Produced from Sangiovese grapes of its own vineyards, Bovin^[1] Sangiovese is an elegant wine with distinctive ruby red color with high reflection. The nose is fresh and fruity with dominating notes of pomegranate, wild strawberry and cherry, and a hint of herbal thyme spice. The palate starts fresh with high natural acidity typical for the grape type, but towards the middle there are richer sweeter flavors giving a fleshier feel. It is best when served at 8 – 10⁰C with tomato-based food, pizza, lasagna, parmesan and mozzarella cheese, pasta, or chicken.

The Bovin^[1] Merlot Barrique^[2] is quality dry red wine made from selected vines of the southwestern slopes of the hill ‘Lepovo Brdo’, and then aged in Macedonian oak barrels for 12 months. It displays a purple-red color, clear with an excellent reflection and a complex fruity and spicy nose of black cherry jam, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and a scent of pepper. The taste is rich, full and long-lasting with flavor of cherries covered in dark chocolate and strongly emphasized soft tannins. Given proper cellaring, this Merlot will continue to give drinking pleasure until 2019.

Dry red wine produced from Vranec^[3] variety, aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Sweet oaky nose brimming with dark forest fruits, black plums and red fleshy peppers. Layers of blackberry fruits, blue plums jam, cocoa and dark chocolate on the palate with hints of dried tobacco leaves and spicy licorice undertones. Elegant and boisterous wine at the same time with vibrant acidity and silky tannins that will keep it going for years to come.

Dry red wine produced from Vranec^[3] variety. It is characterised by a vibrant deep ruby red colour with violet hues. The nose reveals aromas of blackberry fruits such as bramble, damson and tobacco hints. The palate showcases richly extracted rounds of black forest fruit and cocoa, with a prolonged aftertaste of dark chocolate and clove. Elegant, full-bodied extractive wine with smooth and velvety tannins.
