Dry red wine made from the variety Syrah, by classic fermentation. It is aged for 3 years of which 21 months in new barriques and six motnhs in a bottle. The grape is cultivated on 700 m a.s.l.. It contains 15% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered. Â
