Sweet (fortified) wine produced from late harvest Vranec^[1] and infused with herbal extract of traditional Macedonian herbs. It is characterised by dark red colour with dark purple hue. Aromas of black dried fruits and herbal overtones of which mint and black currant leaf dominating. The palate opens broadly with aromas of liquid chocolate, licorice, butterscotch and long aftertaste of coffee beans. Lush, bold and rich wine, sweet and nicely balanced with acidity.

Merlot of a mystical dark ruby color and high glycerol density. Luxurious, sumptuous bouquè of aromas of crushed sour cherries and blueberries and cranberry compote with a discreet scent of roasted chestnuts. Full, developed body with rounded soft tannins and a pronounced freshness followed by a strong fruity – spicy flavor that lasts long and inspires.

Dry red wine made from the variety Syrah, by classic fermentation. It is aged for 3 years of which 21 months in new barriques and six motnhs in a bottle. The grape is cultivated on 700 m a.s.l.. It contains 15% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.

Dry red wine made in limited quantity, aged in oak barrels more then 2 years. It brings you a full flavor and bouquet of forest fruits in symphony with oak wood.
