Dry white wine made from the variety Riesling by fermentation of 4 months and kept on lees for 6 mothns. The grape is cultivated on 250 m a.s.l.. It contains 14% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. Â
