Dry white wine made 100% from the variety Chardonnay[1], by 7 month fermentation and kept on lees for 10 months. The grape is cultivated on 750 m a.s.l.. It contains 13.5% of alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives were used. In the production process we only use selected yeast and minimal quantity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered.
