Dry red wine made 100% from the variety Cabernet Franc, by classic fermentation, aged for 3 years of which 20 months in new barriques and one year in a bottle. The grapes are cultivated on 500 m a.s.l. It contains 14% alcohol, no residual sugar and no additives. In the fermentation process we only use selected yeast and minimal capacity of potassium metabisulfite. The wine is not filtered. Â
